Coffee Mornings

Coffee Mornings for parents are held at The Niche on the first Wednesday of the month (during school terms), from 9:30am to 11:30am.Facilitated by a clinical psychologist, these gatherings are a great opportunity for parents of children with ADHD to meet and support each other, and to learn strategies to make (ADHD) life a little easier. Then, after coffee, visit our library and borrow one of our excellent books, videos or audio-tapes.

Adult Support Group

This group meets at The Niche on the third Tuesday of each month from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Meetings are informal and open to all. There is a guest speaker every third month.
The adult support group meetings are a wonderful opportunity to meet other people experiencing similar difficulties and gather information about ADHD in adults.

Telephone Support

LADS has a telephone help-line which operates Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Members of the public are invited to phone and discuss their needs with a trained volunteer. Our aim is to help you access information about ADHD and services or treatments which benefit people with ADHD.

Drop-in

Please feel free to drop in at LADS on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9:30am to 12:30pm. A trained volunteer will be available to discuss your needs and make you aware of services available to you and your family. The library is open during these hours.
